Outs - by Max Value (“Outs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an iOS app for planning a Las Vegas poker tournament trip. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information We Do Not Collect

Outs does not require an account or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, analytics data, or usage data.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.

Information Stored On Your Device

Outs stores your planning information locally on your device so the app can work. This may include:

• tournaments you add to your schedule
• priority labels
• custom events
• notes
• reminder preferences
• tournament result entries

This information is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Outs uses iOS local notifications to remind you about tournament start times or late registration closing times. Notification permission is controlled by iOS, and you can change it at any time in the Settings app.

Purchases

Outs may offer an in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
